Born and raised in Charleston, Alex brings both deep local roots and expert-level training to every auction he leads. He manages the South Carolina office of Pearce & Associates, where he specializes in personal property and real estate auctions across the Lowcountry and beyond.
Alex works closely with attorneys, estate representatives, and business owners. He holds both a South Carolina auctioneer’s license and real estate license, and is a graduate of America’s Auction Academy.
Alex also holds the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation from the National Auctioneers Association - one of the highest certifications in the industry. He earned both his Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Millsaps College.

Madelyn is an experienced auctioneer and the Marketing Director of Pearce & Associates. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, she specializes in helping estate executors and seniors who are downsizing manage and sell personal property assets.
She holds the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation - a distinction held by less than 5% of auctioneers nationwide - and is also a Certified Estate Specialist (CES) through the National Auctioneers Association. Madelyn earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.

Auctioneer - Manager, Pearce & Associates Alabama
Andrew leads the Alabama operations of Pearce & Associates as both the Auction Consultant and Consignment Manager. Based at the Pearce Auction Center in Alabaster, he oversees monthly open consignment auctions of equipment and vehicles. He also coordinates business liquidations and government surplus auctions across the state.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Millsaps College and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation - a credential held by fewer than 5% of auctioneers nationwide. He served on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Auctioneers Association and is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association.
With extensive experience in managing large-scale liquidations, Andrew regularly works with private business owners preparing for retirement, as well as city and county officials seeking to sell government surplus assets.
