It is a multi-estate auction that includes a variety of collectibles! However, all of the NASCAR items, Zippo Lighters, some of the Sports Memorabilia and most of the Knives did come from one estate.

Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Card and Money Wire. We accept Mastercard, Discover and Visa up to $2,500/Invoice. We do not accept American Express.
ALL Payments must be made no later than Oct. 21st. Failure to do so can result in being blocked from bidding in future auctions. The card on file will be charged for any invoice not paid by 4:00 on Oct. 21st unless other arrangements have been confirmed.
Shipping - LIMITED Shipping will be offered for this auction. Items such as knives, Zippo lighters, and small collectibles can be shipped. Please e-mail or call BEFORE bidding to ask about any other specific items that you would need to have shipped.
- All shipping and insurance costs must be paid by the buyer. We ship through USPS and UPS and insure all boxes for the total of the invoice instead of the $100 of insurance that is automatically included. If you do not want to add the additional insurance to your box, please send an e-mail with that in writing.
- We will ship items for this auction within a week after the scheduled pick-up days. Please e-mail [email protected] as soon as possible to let us know if you will need your items shipped.
- Any items that we do not feel comfortable packing ourselves will be taken to UPS for them to pack and ship. This may add to the shipping expenses that the buyer must pay.

- There is a 15% buyer's premium.
- This auction features a staggered ending that will show up on the final day(s) of the auction. The exact time left on each lot will show up on the website. Please note: Bidding does NOT end on ALL of the items at 7:00.

Staggered Closing: Auctions that begin to close and progress at a certain rate of lots instead of at one specific time. For example, an auction will close five lots every five minutes beginning at a certain time. This will be listed in the terms of the auction. - This auction also features the 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, it extends that item back to 5 minutes and continues extending every time a bid is placed within the 5 minute countdown.

The only exemption is non Alabama residents which require an Alabama drive out form to be executed by the purchaser and licensed Alabama Automobile Dealers. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and thecomputer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 5 minutes. The bidding will extendin 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there areno more bids, and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes.
