How the Process Works
We’ve designed our process to be full-service and seller-friendly:
1. Initial Consultation
We'll talk through your goals, timeline, and assets. This can be done by phone, in person, or virtually. If the assets are a fit, we’ll provide a proposal.
2. Contract & Timeline
Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll outline the terms - including commission rate, auction dates, and expectations.
3. Setup & Marketing
Our team photographs, tags, and catalogs every item. We handle all listing and marketing through our bidding platform, email list, partner sites, and digital ad campaigns targeting qualified buyers.
4. Online Auction
Most of our personal property auctions run for 14 days, real estate auctions run for about 30 days - creating urgency and competitive bidding.
5. Pickup & Payout
We manage buyer payment and pickup logistics. After the sale, you’ll receive a detailed settlement report and your check - fast and stress-free.
